Time Tracker V1.5

TimeTracker is a Windows-based application that runs as your personal secretary keeping track of your time spent on each project, shows you exactly what time period you were working on what project any day, any week, and any year, shows you when you have worked longest; furthermore, it kindly reminds you of taking a break for a cup of coffee or a walk, your lunch time, a long day when you should go home. As a secretary, it stays quietly at the system tray with minimum interference. Most importantly, it keeps detailed time records for you whenever you need them.


 

  • Shows how long you have worked on each project today
  • Records all time periods on each project
  • Keeps time period history for each project
  • Shows statistics of work hours per day, per week, per month, or per year
  • Prints or exports time report to excel
  • Break time, lunch time and full day reminder

The screenshot shows that one was working on Time Tracker Design project. If one wants to switch to another project, say Time Tracker Code project, just click  button on that project row.

The screenshot shows a summary of hours on each project between Jan. 2nd, 2007 to June 4th, 2007. You can specify the date period of total hours report.

The screenshot shows the detail time periods one has worked on Time Tracker Test project from Jan 2nd, 2007 to June 4th, 2007.

The screenshot shows daily hours between 1/02/2007 to 6/04/2007. You can also view weekly, monthly and yearly hours. In addition, clicking Total Hours column in the table sorts the hours in ascending or descending order, so that you can view the maximum and minimun hours.
